Well, we finally got here. There were a few snafu's--American Airlines couldn't find Alena's ticket and lost one of my bags. I still don't know where it is, they are supposed to be sending it here by tonight, but........ Alena did great on the plane. On the first leg, the pilot had to take off quickly and it hurt her ears so she did cry until it got in the air. On the second leg, she was asleep as soon as we started taxiing and slept the entire way.
So far we haven't been many places. We slept a few hours when we finally got to Dan's apartment which is a little quaint but very nice, especially for inner-London standards. It's amazing that Alena is already a world-traveler, and it doesn't seem to bother her much. Over the next days, weeks, and months, I'll be posting more and adding pictures of our travels!
